Book Blogger Hop #1

Book Blogger Hop

This is a weekly meme  hosted by Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer.

Each week the hop will start on a Friday and end on a Thursday. There will be a weekly prompt featuring a book related question. The hop’s purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to your own blog.

This week’s (13-19) question is:  Is there a fictitious town in a book that you would love to live in? What makes it appealing? (submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver’s Reviews)

Obviously, if I could live anywhere that’s fictitious, it would be Hogwart’s hands down. Why? Magic. BUT I’m going to assume that this is what a lot of people’s popular choice will be. So, I’m going to come up with a second one..

Idris. I love the Shadowhunter world and I would love to be one and live in the city, given to them, by the Angel Raziel.

What about you?!! If you could live in any fictitious place from a book, where would it be?! I would love to know!!

  1. First of all WELCOME to the Blog Hop!!

I haven’t read Harry Potter nor do I know Shadowhunter so my answer is Mill River, Vermont, from the book The Mill River Redemption.

Thanks for sharing, and I hope we see you each week on the hop.

  2. Welcome! Thanks for joining and sharing your own answer!
I would love to live at Hogwarts as well – that’s definitely been a popular answer. I also absolutely love the Shadowhunter world. I would adore to live in Idris – it would be so fun. I’m sure it can get chaotic at times, being demon hunters and all, but I think that would make it all the more exciting. If only. I considered answering in reference to TMI for my own answer, but I could only think of NYC which is obviously a real place. Therefore, I decided to go with Henrietta from The Raven Cycle series – I think that place would be amazing to experience, it has so many secrets.

    • Thank you for stopping by! Yes, I’m totally going to try and keep going with the blogger hop! Weekends are a bit crazy at the moment. I was at the hospital Friday and Saturday, since my nephew decided to come early! So I’m just now getting to my blog.

Yay, another Shadowhunter fan! I totally kept thinking of NYC but then remembered Idris. The many secrets of Henrietta would be a lot of fun to explore. Great pick!

Thanks for stopping by! I totally checked out your blog and I’ll be stopping by next Friday! Have a good week 😊

I adore the Shadowhunter universe so much! Idris would be so fun to explore, so that’s a great pick.

Thank you for checking out my own answer and I look forward to hearing what you think next week! I’ll definitely be checking out answer too! 🙂
