TTT: Best Character Names

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week there is a new topic for bloggers to choose and list their top ten. This week’s theme is Top TEN Best Character Names:

 

1. Melody – This is one of our favorite names! I won’t be surprised that if we get lucky enough to have a girl, this will be it. We love this name and it’s from DOCTOR WHO! Yup, the Matt Smith series with River Song. If you have seen it, you know exactly what it means/who it is! If not, let me know and I can explain.

2. Ariel– I have and will always love, The Little Mermaid. So… this will always be one of my favorite names. I don’t think Chris will let me ever use it. haha.

3. Eliza– I really loved Eliza and Her Monsters. As I’ve been talking about it so much, I have realized how much I love the name!

4. Rhysand– Yes, I know.. everyone loves him and I love his character too. Honestly, I just really like the name!

5. Maxon– I really like this name from my guilty pleasure series, The Selection series.

6. Emika- I really like this name from the Warcross series. She’s totally awesome too.

7. Celaena– I love this name so much!! I also love the series, so that helps. I wish I was half as cool as she is. 🙂

8. Leia– As in, Princess Leia! She’s one of the coolest chicks in the cosmos.

9. Aurora– I have always, always loved this name. Actually, I could have just done Greek names for this whole list. I didn’t want to do that though, haha. Aurora is the Goddess of dawn. I know that I have also read it in some books and I’m always so stoked when I see that name.

10. Primrose– I think this calls to me because I loved her character in THG and am still mad about what happens to her. Also, it has Rose, which is another name I love. It speaks to my plant/flower loving heart! ❤

 

Okay, that’s my list. I came up with this from the top of my head. I know that when I see everyone else’s list, I’ll see so many names that I forgot about. What names do you love?! It can be any form- TV, movies, Books or anything!
