July Favorites (non-bookish)!

Okay, I’m going to do non-bookish favorites today. I have done this a couple of times in the past but I’m so bad at keeping to it every month. I have another blog that’s not very active and used to do it there. Then I saw Kristin @ Kristin Kraves Books had it posted today. I remember why I liked doing it! So here goes..

I have linked items for purchase, if you want to know where I got them.

Movies/TV:

I saw two movies in the theater and I loved them both!

Ant-man was much better than I was expecting it to be! I LOOOVED Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again. I made a whole post raving about it here.

To go along with the movie, I’ve been obsessed with the Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again soundtrack! It’s amazing! I’ve been listening to it non-stop. This I am listening to on Amazon Music.

I’ve been watching a lot of The Office again. I just can’t help it. It always makes me happy and it’s always on lately. More like a re-discovery.

Makeup/Skin care:

I’ve recently started using makeup again. I have so much of it but I just lost a lot of myself the first half of this year. I’m coming back and I missed makeup! I have used the Modern Renaissance palette from Anastasia Beverly Hills. I forgot how much I loved this. It’s all I grabbed all month for eye shadow. Another re-discovery. It’s just gorgeous!

I was watching one of my beauty youtubers and she recommended a toner that’s drugstore. I’ve been using it for two weeks and I LOVE it. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin tone. My sun spots have faded. It’s also drugstore, which is amazing!

I had samples of Fresh lip products. This rose lip balm has helped my severely chapped lips so much. It’s a bit pricey but Christmas is coming up!

Miscellaneous:

I really want a Michael Kors backpack purse. I just can’t justify it, even if it’s on clearance, right now. All my money is wrapped up in fertility but I did find one at Kohl’s that I think will fill my void. haha. I have been using it all month and I love it so much. It was on sale for $31 and I had a 30% off coupon!

I also got the matching wallet. The color is Carrsouel for both of these.

LC Lauren Conrad Choix Scalloped Wallet

I really love the Lauren Conrad brand and I buy a lot from Kohl’s. I got these earrings, which were so cheap. Now, I normally have to wear Gold because my ears are sensitive. I’m not sure why, I’ve had these in all month and I’ve had no problems! I’m not complaining because they were like $4 after discounts and coupons.

With all my doctor appts. and tracking medicine, my big planner was not working out. I decided to get a Happy Planner-Mini planner. They just released some that started July 2018-June 2019. It will be perfect if I can be done with fertility and *hopefully* a pregnancy before next June. :):):) I love it so much!! So easy to decorate and carry around in my purse. It’s floral in design, which is gorgeous and fits me perfectly!

I think that’s all for this month! I’ve found a lot of awesome things. 🙂 What are some of your non-bookish favorite items this month?

  1. Oh man I wish I could afford Michael Kors too ❤ Every Christmas I always look at designer stuff and I just can't bring myself to drop that much money on something that I didn't really really need. Oh well. I have my books and that is all that matters 😀
P.S. – Really want to get out and see Mamma Mia! I've only heard great things. ❤
