Okay, so I think that I’ve got most of Jenn Bennett’s stories figured out super early in her books. Although, I really enjoyed this story! I mean, even the Goodreads summary gives the spoiler… I didn’t see that beforehand but still.
I loved the fact that Bailey is trying to find an online friend, Alex. She doesn’t really know anything about him except that they have a lot in common. The problem is, she ends up meeting another boy. I won’t go into anymore details because … spoilers. I mean.. just in case you haven’t read the Goodreads blurb. haha.
I really liked Bailey and her relationship with Porter. Their banter is actually quite fun. I just really loved their relationship! It was so sweet and just makes you happy. I usually really do like the hate to love trope anyways. If you don’t, you might not like this relationship!
I also loved a lot of the supporting characters! Grace was pretty much awesome and I do wish we would have gotten to know her a little bit better. I would totally be open to a book about Grace because she was so much fun! š I loved how supportive and great that Bailey’s dad is. It makes me sad that she was with her mom all that time and missing out on her relationship with her dad.
I felt like the plot moved pretty quickly and smoothly. I do wish that the “twist” would have come about a lot sooner than it did.
If you want a fun and adorable contemporary, you should pick this one! I really enjoyed myself, the plot and the characters in this book.

I love Jenn Bennett. I just read Starry Eyes and was in love. I have had Alex, Approximately on myself for what seems like ever now and still haven’t read it. I really need to get to it! I love internet friends stories! I am glad you liked it!
I see you are reading The Princess and the Fangirl. Look forward to seeing your thoughts on that one!
