Scrappy Little Nobody by Anna Kendrick

Scrappy Little Nobody

I needed a break from a pretty dense read & this was perfect! I really like her as an actress and enjoyed a lot of her movies. Sometimes memoirs are a hit or miss. I really enjoyed this one though!

She talks about her life and how she got “famous.” She feels so real and still doesn’t quite believe that she’s a “famous” person. It was never boring and I flew through this book. It was really quirkly and I feel like that’s just how she is in person.

I really like how she talked about her anxiety and she was just so honest. She’s done some things and definitely doesn’t think so highly of herself. She also keeps telling you that she isn’t a nice person, even though many people tell her so.

I really loved when she talked about her jobs on her movies. Especially, Twilight, how she was a nobody. It was quite entertaining.

If you want a quick, light, fun read, pick this one up! πŸ™‚

  1. I love her, but I’m not usually a fan of celebrity memoirs so I’ve been putting off reading this one. Maybe I should just get over myself and read it because so many people say it’s a great read!
