Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Harry Potter, #7)

I’m going with Severus Snape from Harry Potter. I hated him for so many books but towards the end… he became one of my favorites. He was still a jerk most of the time but this guy was SO complex. What he did for love… just absolutely melts my heart. ❤

LOCKE: A CHARACTER (OR PLOT TWIST) THAT MADE YOU WANT TO THROW THE BOOK

A Heart So Fierce and Broken (Cursebreakers, #2)

WHY, RHEN… WHY?!?! I think this character and the plot direction make me want to throw this book. I did enjoy this and I’m hoping for some better character development next book.

TARYN: A CHARACTER WHO DECEIVED YOU

A Court of Thorns and Roses (A Court of Thorns and Roses, #1)

Tamlin… I was so deceived and I should have known better! lol!

VIVI: A BOOK THAT WAS SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHERS IN ITS SERIES

DON’T COME AT ME! This book.. was not like the previous two at all. The plot was wildly different and the main characters from the first two are weirdly make small appearances. There were way too many pages and the writing was boring at times. So disappointed!

VALERIAN: A CHARACTER WHO JUST NEEDS TO DIE (OR, YOU KNOW, GET STABBED)

I’m with Sara on this one…. no idea! Most characters that I hate end up getting what’s coming to them anyways.

OAK: A SMOL™️ CHARACTER YOU WOULD PROTECT AT ALL COSTS

HAZEL!! She has been through so much!

THE CRUEL PRINCE: A BOOK THAT SURPRISED YOU WITH A TWIST

Godsgrave (The Nevernight Chronicle, #2)

I remember reeling from the ending of this one!! SO shocked!!

THE WICKED KING: A BOOK YOU THOUGHT WAS BETTER (OR WORSE) THAN THE FIRST IN THE SERIES

I just wrote a rant-y review for this. It was terrible and much worse than the previous book. This whole spin-off series is just bad and way worse than the original trilogy.
