June Wrap Up!

Wow! This month flew by!!! It was a better month for me mentally. I mean all this stay at home stuff has been tough. I am a huge family person and not seeing my family for months has been really hard. We met up with two of my siblings, my parents, a niece and two nephews for a zoo trip. It was HOT but it was so amazing. It was the longest I had been without seeing my mom. Olive also loved the zoo and all the animals. I didn’t think he would be so attentive at his age! It was a slower reading month for me but not too bad.

I read 16 books that totaled 6,186 pages.

I have filled in the letter J on my AtoZ challenge. I only have K, O, & Z left. I need to find books to fit these letters!! 🙂

I’ve also read 15 books for my #startonyourshelfathon and I now have a total of 76 of my own books! The only thing is that I keep buying more and my physical TBR is still huge. haha.

This month I participated in two readathons! Make Your Myth Taker & Olympic Games. You can read my wrap up for both of these here… Mythtake & Olympic

I was a bit disappointed. The Little Mermaid is only 50 pages in this book.

I re-read this for a readathon prompt. I don’t even know if I’ll get to my second character but I just wanted to re-read this anyways! So good.

Stalking Jack the Ripper (Stalking Jack the Ripper, #1)

I didn’t love this one as much as everyone else seems to. I did enjoy it but I found it a bit creepy.

Rating: 3 out of 5.

Wicked Saints (Something Dark and Holy, #1)

I was disappointed in this one! I’m hoping the second is better for me but I’ve seen a lot of people not liking it as much. I own it and will read it. I think the ending of this book was good and making me want to pick up book two.
