I am glad that I picked this up because I was in a terrible slump and this definitely helped me out! It’s such a feel good book.

I went into this blind and I’m glad I did. I didn’t realize it had the Groundhog Day trope because I’m normally not the biggest fan of it. I just hate reading the same thing over and over. I have to say that Christina Lauren handled it beautifully! It’s not overdone and I never felt like it was the exact same thing. It’s honestly not the majority of the book really. I’ve recently had to let people know this in a book group. They were not going to even pick it up because of the trope. It’s definitely worth the read!

I really loved all the characters. There are a ton in this book and they all add something special. I really loved the feeling of family, the traditions, Christmas time and the cabin! I think a lot of us are missing out on a lot of family time and it was just so nice to read about this one.

Overall, I loved this cozy and comforting read. I would say that it’s made me wish it was Christmas right now!! I do wish that it would have been released closer to Christmas time. If you are looking for a sweet and uplifting romance, definitely give this one a go! I’m a big time fan of Christina Lauren now!!
