Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week there is a new topic for bloggers to choose and list their top ten. This week is the Top Ten Things I’m Thankful for!
It’s been an extremely hard year and we are staying home for Thanksgiving this year. I wasn’t going to do this post but I think I need to do it for myself. I need to remember the things I’m thankful for more than ever.
Family
I am so grateful that my son and husband are healthy. I am so grateful for them. With that… I’m also really thankful that all my family is doing okay and still healthy. I have gained a new nephew (two weeks ago). Even though, we haven’t been able to spend as much time face to face with them we have found ways to connect.
My Faith
I’ve really had to rely on it this year. Not only my faith in God but in humanity. I have to believe that there’s more good than bad. ❤
Blogging
It’s been a great way to keep busy, even if I’m not reading a ton right now. I am thankful for the weekly memes that keep it somewhat active here. I’m loving the connection to you guys. Trying to be better about blog hopping!
My Health
We have been really lucky to be pretty healthy this year and I’m hoping it stays that way.
Reading
Seems like a give in but it’s helped so much. I’ve devoured books through all this pandemic and it’s helped get me away. I remember my goal was 10 books this year and I’m at 209 right now!
My Plants🪴
The fact that I’m surrounded by so much living beauty does make my days brighter. Really does wonders when I see them growing and thriving.
Organization
Hear me out… since this summer I’ve been re-organizing so many things in my house! It’s been so great to have a lot of little projects to keep me occupied. Especially, since I’m always stuck at home, might as well work on it.
I hope everyone is still doing well, especially those in lockdown! This week is going to be so hard and weird without family.

Great list! You’re not alone, I’ve loved doing a but of re-organisation this year – I had great fun completely re-organising my bookshelves during lockdown. 😀

Thank you. Yeah, I saw a show on Netflix the beginning of summer and it’s been all I’ve been doing. haha. I’m moving next year and wanting to clean up anyways! I really need to do my bookshelves. I was reading a lot of my own TBR to get rid of books but I’ve loved so many of them. soooo not really downsizing there yet. LOL

Whoa, from 10 to 209! What an amazing year of reading! I’m definitely thankful for a lot of these things too but reading especially has helped me escape this hellacious year ❤️ Hope you’re doing okay and that you manage to have a good Turkey Day despite not having family around! Big hugs x

I know.. I read like 2 last year… so I wasn’t expecting much. I don’t think it would have been anywhere close to this number without the pandemic. Thank you! I think it will be good since we are all healthy! ❤ I hope you have a great day, if you celebrate. Hugs back!!

I love that your faith includes faith in humanity. I SOO feel you on this one. Even though we’ve seen some horrible examples of human behavior this year, I think we’ve seen some great ones, too. And I, personally, have been the recipient of lots of kindness and generosity.
Happy TTT!
