Hello my lovely bloggers!
I’ve been missing for a while and it’s due to a lot of crazy life changes. We finally found a house the beginning of September! It’s been a process. Not to mention, we had to get our house ready and on the market! We finally moved into our new place over the weekend and it’s been a lot of work. We didn’t have the best experience with the sellers and they pretty much trashed our house. A lot of deep cleaning and repairs were/are needed. We are also having all the carpet replaced and can’t really unpack until that’s finished in a few weeks. We are almost finished moving out of our old house and we close next week! Yay!! It will be so nice when I can focus only on ONE house!! haha.
I’m hoping to start blogging again soon. I have so many books that I need/want to read but life happens. I just wanted to pop in and give a little update on why I’ve been gone.
My laptop also died a few weeks ago and I just got a new one too! I hope that everyone has been doing well and I have missed you all! I can’t believe we are almost to the end of year!

Thank you!! Yeah, it’s a crazy time to buy & sell but it’s almost over!!! Closing on our old house next Tuesday and then just focusing on one house! Will be so nice! Haha.

Thank you!! It’s been crazy and I’m so glad to be down to one house again. haha. We get our carpet in next week and then we can finally move in completely! We are living out of two rooms right now. haha!

Yes, moving house is very stressful. I went through it last December myself. Thankfully, the new owners of our old place were our previous upstairs neighbors, and their son bought it so they could have a more accessible place, so there was no rush. Plus, my new place was a new build so I didn’t have previous owners to trash it. But the builders still need to fix a bunch of things. Never a dull moment, and I wish you strength in getting through this so you can enjoy your new place.

Yes, it really is. That’s so nice about your previous owners.. makes it for a much smoother transition! Yes, I know there’s a lot of headaches either way. I hope they make it right for you in the end! Thank you, I hope so. We are getting there just trying to fix one thing at a time. lol.

Thank you!! I know, it’s been so crazy and I’ve been so busy. I am finally able to find little times here and there to read a bit!! I’m hoping to make my first bookish post next week- we will see though! haha ❤

Thank you so much!! We just have painters & carpet being installed next week.. then we can finally move into it. So much of our stuff is just hanging out in the garage. lol! I’m looking forward to moving in and finally getting settled. 🙂
