Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week there is a new topic for bloggers to choose and list their top ten. This week is Top Ten Books I didn’t get to and what do I make my January TBR?! Mostly, books that I was so hyped for and still am. Since the lasts half of the year was insane and I didn’t get much reading done… there’s many books I didn’t get to.
So… if you’ve read these… let me know if I need to add them to my January TBR ASAP or if I should just skip them altogether!! Help me out blogger fam. ❤
This is a no brainer.. definitely need to pick it up really soon!
I haven’t been in the blogging world much.. what do we think about this? I did buy it.. haha
I need to finish this. I’m hoping for this month but not so positive. I’m about half way.
I got this as BoTM but haven’t read it yet. How do we feel about this one?!
I feel so left out. haha.
I pre-ordered this book… and I keep having it on lists. GOSH! What is wrong with me. haha
Honestly, I hadn’t seen too much about this one.
I still don’t know much about this one, but a lot of people liked it.
It still sounds so good, but the rating keeps dropping little by little.
This might have been on so many lists too.. ahhh.

Yes! I was hoping everyone would tell me it’s terrible. haha. I think the size is just overwhelming!! So many of us still have to read it. 😀

I agree on THE FIREKEEPER’S DAUGHTER. It’s a good one. The story is interesting and fast-paced. I enjoyed it at any rate.

Great post, I also really need to pick up Empire of the Vampire and have very recently added The Wheel of Time to my TBR as I’m loving the adaption 💜

Ooo!! My husband and I are planning to start the adaptation soon. I’m about half way through the book but hoping to pick up steam once I start the show and read a long with it. My husband loves the books!

I haven’t read any of these, but I know that Nick @ The Infinite Limits of Love read/reviewed Black Sun and LOVED it. I was thinking of reading it because she raved so much about it.

Empire of the Vampire. It’s a beast, but it’s worth it. And also These Violent Delights is a good one, but I would give priority to Eotv if you like vampire stories.

Okay, that sounds good to me! Yes, I do like vampire stories and do like Kristoff, except for his latest few.. so I’m nervous. I think I’ll give it a go soon though! 🙂

I definitely recommend These Violent Delights! I’m reading the second book now. And I feel your pain with the Wheel of Time books – SOOOOO long!

I absolutely adored Chain of Iron. Personally, I didn’t love These Violent Delights as much as I was expecting to, but I did still really enjoy it; I think I just let the hype give me far-too-high expectations.

The only one listed here that I’ve read is Firekeeper’s Daughter, and I say you must read it! I wasn’t sure I would enjoy it because of all of the hype it was receiving, but I ended up giving it 5-stars.

Yes, of course, to Chain of Iron! 😉 I haven’t read Firekeeper’s Daughter yet, but I just picked up a copy. I did read an excerpt and I was hooked! 2022 is looking like it’ll be another great reading year! ❤

Yes! Definitely think so! I’m looking forward to things calming down and just reading much more. Haha.. It is my goal to read Chain of Iron next month. You know, I’m not too far away from the next book release so I’m going to deal with that cliffhanger much easily. lol!
