What I’m currently reading?
I have made some progress in the last couple of days. I’m about 55%! I did finish Jade Legacy a few days ago. This means it can get my full attention now! I did watch the show with my husband and I am enjoying it. Hoping to finish this one before the year is out!
I downloaded this again from the library and then totally forgot about it until the day before it expired. I did get about 10% more into it. Now, I wait to get off the hold list again. lol
What did I recently finish?
Well, this was an amazing finish to the series!! I highly recommend this whole series to everyone. It’s different and unique but brilliantly written.
What will I read next?
I’m going to work on some ARC’s that I’m behind on. This one is up!
I’m on a blog tour next month of this one. It should be a rather quick read and I really liked book 1!

I finished The Wheel of Time series for the second time last year. It took me two years to read the series 🤣. I adore the story though. The over arching plot over the fourteen books is so impressive and one of the best out there in my opinion. I am enjoying the TV series too. I try not to compare it to the books too much, because they made quite a few changes. Most of them I don’t mind.

My husband loves this series and has tried to get me to read it for years! Finally, when I saw they were making a show.. I was like okay. haha. But yes, I’ve really enjoyed it so much! We are all caught up on the series (Can’t believe it’s almost over) and we are doing the same. They have made a lot of changes but I never try to compare adaptations too much because they always do things their own way. I think the biggest one I didn’t like is what they did to Perrin! Ugh! I read why they did that but it’s still heartbreaking! I fully expect this series to take me a year or two.

Yes, Perrin is the main thing that bugs me, as in the books he’s really such a good character in the first few books and in the series he kind of falls flat. I guess we will see next season where it goes! I am looking forward to the series finale though.

Yeah, my husband said he kinda disappears at some point. Yes! Tomorrow! I’m juggling Wheel of Time, The Witcher, and Hawkeye this week! lol So sad that two of them will be over this week!

I loved the early Wheel of Time books but gave up at around book 8 as they didn’t seem to be going anywhere. At some point I will finish the series. Glad you are enjoying Eye of the World.

I have heard that but it was because he was sick. My husband has read them all. I do have hope towards the end though because I know that Sanderson finishes the series and I love his writing! I hope we both finish it one day! 🙂

Jade Legacy pls 😭 I’ve been tempted to try the Wheel of Time books but I’m so intimidated by them and there seem to be really polarising reviews (either love or hate)? But each time I see someone else reading it I come one step closer to saying ‘eff it’ and buying the book 😂 I hope you continue enjoying it and happy reading!

maybe give the show a try?? I am almost through the first book and I’ve really enjoyed it!! I’m thinking it will be a solid 4 stars, at least. My husband loves this series. It’s a looong one though. Also, the later books the author was really sick and you could tell in the writing but then Sanderson finishes up the series after he passes away.

I’m on the tour for Revenge of the Beast too. I actually listen to the Audiobook last month and enjoyed it although think the first book was slightly better. Still a good read and definitely a quick one. Hope you enjoy all your reads! Have a great holiday Happy!! Happy Reading!!❤
