The Contradictions Book Tag!

1) I LOVE THIS GENRE BUT I DIDN’T LIKE THIS BOOK

I love retellings and I love fantasy, but I just did not like this book. I buddy read this with Dini and we both struggled. I had to DNF the sequel.

2) I RARELY READ THIS GENRE BUT I LOVED THIS BOOK

I don’t read much sci-fi at all. I LOVED this series so much!! A lot of fun!!

3) I LOVE THIS TROPE BUT I DIDN’T LIKE THIS BOOK

I am in the minority and did not love this book. Love the enemies to lover’s trope but didn’t love this one.

4) I HATE THIS TROPE BUT I LOVED THIS BOOK

I do not care for the “after-life” trope, but I loved this book!

5) I LOVE THIS AUTHOR BUT I DIDN’T LIKE THIS BOOK

I love Schwab so much, but I just didn’t care for this one. It wasn’t terrible but I felt like it wasn’t her best work, IMO.

6)I PREVIOUSLY DISLIKED A BOOK BY THIS AUTHOR BUT I LOVED THIS BOOK

As per above, I didn’t love her previous book, but I really loved this one!

7) I LOVE THIS COVER BUT I DIDN’T LIKE THIS BOOK

I LOVE this cover and was so sad when I didn’t like it, at all. I gave it 2 stars and had to donate it. 😦

8) I DON’T LIKE THIS COVER BUT I LOVED THIS BOOK

Hate this cover so much but this is one of my favorite books!!
