How on earth has another week flown by?! It’s a new month- hello February!! It’s been so busy and this past weekend was lightning fast. My best friend came down and we went to see, A Man Called Otto, which we both really enjoyed. Sunday was a ball of nerves day since the Bengals played in the AFC Championship. Definitely led to a terrible night. lol. I haven’t done a ton of reading the last week but hoping to catch up this weekend. I hope everyone has a lovely week! ❤
I have made some progress. I’m to 12% now. I haven’t been in the head space for this one. It’s in a time-out. Still here.
I am about 60% into this one. I’m buddy reading it with Dini and Julie. I’m actually really enjoying it!
I just started this one last night and I’m about 50 pages in. I’m hooked though!
I love this series so much!!! Highly recommend. It’s been perfect for my mood too.
I had to take a break to catch up on some arcs. The month flew by fast! haha.
I will be starting this one on Monday with Jordyn. It sounds so good and this cover is stunning!

Books Are The New Black 
I can’t wait to start our buddy read! Hopefully, we like the book! Also I’m really happy to see you’re enjoying Silver in the Bone. I wanted an ARC but didn’t get it so now I’m not-so-patiently waiting for that one to come out.

Me too! I really hope we like it too. It’s been kind of a hit or miss with arcs lately, for me. Silver in the Bone is good.. I’m about 80% of the way. The characters and their relationships with one another are amazing.. world-building is a bit lacking though. Sorry, you didn’t get an arc. I hate it when that happens.

Yes… soo long. It is worth it though! It took me a few weeks to read The Way of Kings and it’s one of my favorite books! 🙂

I am currently reading reading the Veronica Speedwell series for the first time. I really enjoy Veronica and Stoker.

I’m enjoying our buddy read, but I have to catch up. I’m at 70%. And I have Fairy Bargains of Prospect Hill too. It sounds so good!

I’m curious about Fairy Bargains! I’m a bit afraid to go watch A Man Called Otto because I love the book so much and I’m worried I won’t like the changes. xD

I totally feel you. I think that the original movie (Swedish, I think?) is more true to the books. I still adored it though and felt all the emotions. The good part, it’s been since the books release since I’ve read it. The details were a bit fuzzy for my friend and I, which helps. I do think I need to re-read it now.
